My Chirp is not working

It can be frustrating when you have a new device but can’t seem to get it up and running straight away! If you’re having any trouble waking up Chirp follow these steps and you’ll be ready to go in no time:

Ensure you have removed the plastic battery isolator strip. Try to wake Chirp up by shaking it four or five times. If the red light doesn’t come on you can take the battery out of the Chirp, wait two minutes then put the battery back in. This removes all the power from the Chirp and essentially turns it off and on again.
