Which devices and Operating Systems support the Smart cap?

Here’s a list of which devices and operating systems (OS) do/do not support the Smart cap:

• Lowest iOS version Supported - iOS 15 (iPhone 6S or newer)
• Lowest Android Version Supported – Android 8
• Tablets and iPads are not supported.

If you’re still unsure if your phone will support the Smart cap you can find your OS version on your phone here:

• iPhones: go to Settings > General, then tap About.  The version of iOS you have will show here. 
• Android phones: go to Settings > About phone > Software info. Your android version will be listed here.
