How to activate the Smart Cap with my new phone
Great news! Once you have activated with your Smart cap, you don’t have to do it again - even if you get a new phone. All you need to do is install the Goodnature App on your new smartphone and log in with your existing account details. It’s important to use the same platform you’ve used for your previous sign ins, i.e. continue to sign in with Apple ID or your email.
If you use a different platform, a new account will be created which cannot be merged with your existing account. If you’re having difficulty signing in or can’t remember your existing account details please contact us so we can help!
