What is activating?

In the wonderful world of technology, wireless devices can be activated to enable them to communicate with each other. Activating is the first connection your Smart Cap will make with your account on the Goodnature App (on your smartphone). You’ll need to do this by following the instructions found in the Goodnature App. The devices use Bluetooth to make this connection.  After activating your Smart cap with your device when you initially install it, there’s no need to repeat the activating process to connect again.
