Slugs are eating the paste

We have seen some instances in our field testing of slugs and snails getting into the Automatic Paste Pump and eating the paste from within, without setting the trap off. While it’s not been a widespread problem, we are working on some solutions for this currently.

In the meantime, we recommend using slug repellent underneath your trap to keep as many slugs and snails away from the trap and ensuring you Automatic Paste Pump is checked and refreshed regularly.
