My counter still shows 00, why?

There could be a number of reasons why your counter is showing 00, making you feel as though it might not be working. 

When you check your counter, how long do you hold the button down for?

To check what number you’re up to, you push the button quickly - there is no need to hold it down. If you hold down the button, you could be accidentally zeroing the counter every time you check it. 

Is your trap set up correctly, and in the right location? 

It’s critical to find the right location for your trap, a place where pests feel safe to investigate the trap. If it’s not set up correctly, you may not be getting any action on your trap! Check out the best place to set up your trap here.

Perhaps your trap worked so well to begin with, you’ve run out of supplies! Remember to keep the paste refreshed and/or replace the gas every 6 months if you’re having plenty of trap action.
