What do I do if I bought a second hand trap?

If you bought a pre-loved trap (or sold yours onto someone else!) then you might notice that you can't transfer the ownership of your Smart Cap on the app. Don't worry though! We can do that from our end with our backend access. Just flick us an email at [email protected] or call us at 1800 317 466. Make sure to have the email addresses associated with both accounts and the name of the trap in the app close at hand as we will need these details to find the trap and then transfer it to the correct account!
