Where is my order?

There is a known delay on orders from our Australian warehouse due to delays in transit from New Zealand. As soon as we are able to, these orders will be fulfilled and shipped.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we navigate unforseen shipping complexities due to the pandemic.

You may receive an email from us asking how you’re getting on with your trap even though you haven’t received your order yet! Please don’t delete this email, but save it for future reference once you have received your order and set up your trap. It has some helpful advice on how to make the most of your new trap!
